Question GPU suddenly not working ?

i have a r9 280x 550watts psu openening some games makes the screen goes black and theres nothing i can do but to force power off it by unplugging then suddenly it wont power on anymore fans spin for a half a sec pc working on igpu

An unbelievably poor choice; this is an entry-level office PSU, not something that should ever be used with a power-hungry GPU like this.

It's likely the GPU has just died. The 7970/280X was not the most dependable GPU, in part because of those power spikes. It was likely not helped by using an inappropriate power source long term.

You can test to see if it's the GPU and not the PSU by replacing the PSU (you should not replace the GPU first because a similar GPU will also be inappropriate to use with a Corsair CV).
