gpu suggestion help

I have an i7-4770k hence I got Intel he 44600, I also have a nvidia gt 610. Which one has a better performance, which shud I use. I know they're shity gpus but I don't hve a option this is what my company gave me.

The iGPU will perform better than the GT610. Also, depending on the chipset of the motherboard the support and performance of the IGPU could be better or worse, but still equal or better than the 610.
