Wondering if anyone knows of a program that can switch which programs use which GPU along with the support of multiple GPU's rather than just 2 for Windows 10.

Pretty much Windows 10's "Graphics settings" with support for more than just 2 GPU's.

Why? I don't want to mess with cables on my computer every time I want to run a game on my 750 Ti opposed to my 960 >.>.

The 960 is about 75%-85% faster than the 750 Ti. Now you can unplug the 750Ti and not worry about switching them or using the extra power to have it sit in the system for no reason.

If the video cable is connected to the 960 you can't tell the system to run the 750 card and output it through the 960.

But I can tell the integrated graphics to run the output through the 960 or the 960 to run it through the integrated graphics?
Also can you tell me the FPS in each specific game on varying settings and make a video for me about them to upload? Thanks.

When you connect the video output to the motherboard you are running the onboard video not the nVidia cards. It's easy to tell, run 3Dmark on the nVidia card and run it again on the integrated video.
