Gpu temp lower the loop

Basically say I run my gpus then once the loop hits max temp then I stop using the card it will drop to say 30c but my heat gun says the loop temp is still 50 could that have a problem as the loop cools

It takes time for the heat to leave the loop just as it took time for the heat to enter the loop.

as grimfox said the loop takes longer to dissipate the heat than the gpu does to cool down
