I just bought this graphics card a couple weeks ago, MSI GeForce GTX 1660 DirectX 12 GTX 1660 VENTUS XS 6G OC 6GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card,
And I notice while playing games the temp goes from 70C to 78C and gets really loud. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if thats normal or not. Thank you!

Hey there,

Yes, that is pretty normal temp for a GPU. It does depend on what games you are playing. Most GPU's can go up to the 80+ range and thats still okay. What games were you running?

On the fan noise, you can set a custom fan curve with MSI afterburner or the like. This can help with loud fans.
