Question GPU temp

Before change the thermal paste it was 80c
After change with cooler master master gel v2
The temperature also 80c why???

Maybe the issue isnt about the thermal paste, asus rtx 2060 has a temp range of 83-88d C, maybe providing info such as what pc you are using and what stress test or tasks you are doing can help more.
