GPU temp

Hey guys. In the past week i`ve seen that my computer starts to freeze for no reason. But in the past 2-3 days when i play games my game freezes i still can hear the music in the background but all other fuctions from windows are "stuck". Can it be the videocard having a very high temperature? (Idle=51C, Full load 64-68C) for a Nvidia 9400GT

Temps are fine. Have you updated anything recently? Maybe try updating the graphics drivers. is this in a specific game?

Well honestly in the past months i`ve been playing wow and its there that i`ve noticed the problem and it happend 1-2 times when it was in no load .. meaning it was running nothing.. and it still frozed. Was looking at the S.M.A.R.T. for the HDD and i`ve seen that the SPINUP up time for the hard-drive is much higher... like
