Question GPU temperature fluctuation

Hey got question, I changed my monitor from 60hz to 165hz, I have rx 580 and had to change timing standard setting to cvt - reduced blanking, because memory clock, temperature and usage was high, then everything went back to normal, but temperature, power, usage started fluctuating, like went from 34 degrees to 44 for some seconds and then back to normal. It never did it on my 60hz monitor, any suggestions? I also measured temp of gpu while connecting/disconnecting my new monitor, and when I disconnected it, everything went back to normal, but after reconnecting, it started fluctuating again

Doesn't matter. Your GPU is fine up to around 80°C and possibly just a little beyond that. It is not anything to worry about.

I know it's fine, but just thought there was way to fix this, because it's a bit strange, never did before

A higher refresh rate will put more load on the GPU, which will increase the thermal response.
