Question GPU Temperature not showing

Here is my rig:
COre i7 4790K
Gigabyte H81M HD3
16GB 1600Mhz Ram
1TB HDD
128GB SSd
6x Aigo Fans
CoolerMaster 500w Extreme PSU

Today I installed Asus Dual Rx 580 8Gb and in MSI afterburner there isn't any option of GPU temperature and also in GPU-Z temperature of GPU is not showing while during gameplay FPS is also not showing. What could be the problem.
I selected reference and 3rd party but core voltage in msi afterburner is still locked.

the problem is that you are using a GPU made for PCI-e 3.0 on a system with PCI-e 2.0 support.
scroll down in the thread to find your issue. newer AMD cards cause issues on PCI-e 2.0 systems.
