70C is a safe temp for sure. Up to 90C under 100% loads can be considered as safe. But obviously, the lower it is the better.
When its idle it should be sitting around 52C due to fanless mode.
EDIT:
Depending on the room temp it could go high, 75C is still fine, my 1070 used to reach 80C in some games.

According to NVIDIA, the Maximum GPU Temperature (in C) is 94. After which the card will throttle down to safe levels....But that doesn't mean it's safe for the GPU to remain close to 90 degrees at all times. No...Keep on monitoring the TEMP, and make sure it doesn't goes beyond 70-80 max~ degrees while gaming.

you have an overclocked cpu like me in same clock. how about cpu voltage?
