Question GPU Temperature

I have an avg of 75 degrees celsius and max of 80 sometimes, is it ok? Considering it's old and has some dust in it (inside) i can't get it out only if i remove all the parts of it, and the termal paste is old.
I get that temp while playing kinda new games. Cyberpunk 2077, World War Z, COD MW, Metro Exodus.
GPU: XFX AMD Radeon RX470 8gb ggdr5 256-bit with 2 fans. And 2 more fans in the case.
While not playing any games it stays 30-35 degrees celsius.

You should stop giving it a slow death and teardown the card and give it a good cleaning. While you're at it, it's a good idea to change the thermal paste(and if you're confident, the thermal pads to higher quality ones). What is the make and model of your case and the fans inside it? Ambient room air temps?
