Basically, out of nowhere my GPU temps while only using Chrome and a few other programs has risen with about 5-6 temperatures. I have a fan at the back and two fans in front, the fan at the back blows at 100 percent speed, while the ones in the front blow with 27. I've tested it before, it used to be around 30-31 idle, now all of the sudden, it's risen so much. Any tips?

Did you shut the pc down since then?
Did the GPU maintain the 5C increase for a long time or just a few seconds?
I tried messing with the fan speed, I tried putting my extra fan in different places. Looks like I've managed to stabilize the GPU temp at 36 when using google, discord origin and MSI afterburner. And the 5c increase wasn't for a few seconds, rather a minute or more.

You need to look at the temp under full load by stress testing it. If your temps are in a safe range then their nothing you need to do.

That temp is fine. Don't obsess over a few degrees. Where do you live. Did it get colder out and therefore house Temps up a few degrees
I do suspect the temps in my house could have gotten a little higher. I live in Bulgaria, usually a very hot country when it's summer, and very cold in the winter.

You can also use MSI afterburner and set a custom fan curve to make the fans go to 100% a bit earlier then check the box to make it active on boot. But a stress test is most of the time pushing the video card harder than it would be under normal use like gaming.
Under 90C on a stress test is not to bad for that card but if it was running in the upper 80's when gaming I would set a custom curve and have the fans kick up to 100% at about 75C.

I don't think I hit 80 on any game I play.
