So here is an interesting question for a lot of you that know the real in-depth design of graphics cards. I like to play Minecraft from time to time and I found a creator of textures for the game. He makes several sets 256, 512, and a 1024 pack all with more details the higher the number you go. He told me that Radeon will not run 1024 because of the max texture size limit of "16384 x 16384", and NVIDIA is double that. Now I am not sure what that means, but I bought a new Radeon 6900XT because I am not made out of gold and cannot afford to buy, or have the patience to track down a 3080 or higher.

Back to the point, is this Texture issue, something that is limited by Radeon's hardware, or is this something that eventually Radeon could fix with updates? Just curious because this is my first Radeon and wand to know because if this is true, I may just have to save my pennies for an NVIDIA, even though it feels WRONG to pay that much money for a video card, hell, it felt wrong paying for the one I bought.

Your $1500 GPU will work just fine for Minecraft

And its the ASRock Radeon 6900 XT OC Formula
