GPU that won't bottleneck

I'm looking at getting a new GPU in 2-4 months, and I was wondering what is the best card that can run on a 430w Corsair psu, but also the GPU should not be bottlenecked by my CPU (Athlon X4 760K) I'm running my games on a 1440x900 monitor. Thanks

Edit: My current GPU is an MSI 7770 ghz edtion 1gb

GTX750ti, and MAYBE a GTX960(could be pushing the limits of power) on your power supply, but the GTX960 may be slightly CPU bottlenecked in heavily CPU dependent games.

What do you have now? It's possible the current card is as much as the CPU can drive.
