[SOLVED] GPU Thermal paste?

Yeah... I dont know why this huge but, Im cleaning one of my old graphics cards and I just popped out the front part then I saw this and realized there is a huge amount of thermal paste around the GPU, I feel like this is bad so im posting it. lol

I feel like it is because they said dont treat it like its a CPU when putting on the thermal paste you can put quite a bit, but I just havent seen nothing like this personally.

Gotcha thank you very much, just didnt know if cleaning it completely would be alright or if it was intended to be there I will get it cleaned up and apply some fresh thermal paste, thank you very much.

I used a disposable wipe soaked in alcohol for the gpu die, switched to an old toothbrush with soft bristles(dipped in alcohol) to clean the little parts around the die, then cleaned up the residue with the wipe.
