[SOLVED] Gpu time copying cpu time which is causing lag and fps drop

Hi, i play COD warzone and recently my fps has significantly dropped which has made my game laggy. After some observations i found out that my Gpu was behaving abnormally and was giving the same time as my cpu. At first i reinstalled Nvidia drivers and everything went back to normal but once i shutdown my pc and turn it back on next day the same problem occurred. I did the same trick it worked a couple of times and it is not working now. I tried reinstalling windows 10 again but that just worked once and haven't worked again. Please help I can't play because of these pathetic Nvidia driver bugs.
Specs:
gigabyte h81 mobo
MSI 1660 super gaming X
i7 4790 (which bottlenecks my gpu)
850watts psu

before the problem i got 65+ fps
after the problem fps is drops to 45-55fps

I would try completely removing the driver using DDU, then reboot and reinstall the latest driver. Sometimes normal reinstalling or uninstalling is not enough to fix a corrupt driver.
