Question gpu to hot i guess?

before i post my quest im posting my rig first
gtx 1070
core i7 8700k
aorus z370 gaming motherboard
nzxt kraken watercooling
corsair ll120 fans (3)
16 gb gskill ram
case is corsair carbide series spec-06


when i game my pc is loud the fans are loud and my gpu reaches almost 70 degrees. and if i startup my pc all fans are loud for a few seconds anyone that can help me i dont really know what to do wanna fix it before something broke

Even though PC is in idle mode, the GPU load is 36%, and there is some slight load on CPU as well. Maybe some background program/process might be causing some load. You can check the Task Manager to see what all processes are running.

Which tool/app/software is that, in your screenshot ? I'm going to rule out any Bitcoin Mining Virus or Malware on your system, since the GPU load is not 100% though.

Its called CAM its from NZXT

There have been quite a few issues using this software from NZXT, showing wrong temp and other readings, IMO (even with the latest version). I would rather use the GPU-Z tool, or HWMonitor to check all the values of the GPU/CPU, instead of CAM.

btw i got a new case so i had to move everything to the new case so the nzxt water cooler to if i do that do i need to use new cool paste ?
