Gpu touching cpu cooler?

i am going to build a gaming pc with
i7 4790k
noctua nh-d15
asus gtx 980 ti strix
asus vii hero, Maybe the ranger.
NZXT Noctis 450
evga g2 750w
1tb samsung 850 evo ssd
kingston hyperx savage 1866mhz ram

But my problem is will my gpu touch the cpu cooler? And will there be any other problems with the pc building?

Shouldn't be a problem. A motherboard that size has plenty of space between the CPU Socket and the PCI-e Socket.

i see people with the same size motherboard that have problems, Maybe its just certain motherboards?
