Question GPU Turning off while gaming.

When playing games my GPU will turn off and I will have to full shut down my computer and restart. This has been happening frequently lately and I'm not sure what the problem is. I recently went and got a new PSU thinking that would solve my problem and its still happening. I have a 2080ti so I highly doubt my GPU is unable to run the games its crashing on (Apex Legends). But I'm unsure what to do to fix it, other than just going and buying a new GPU. Any ideas?

Could you list your full system specs please? Also specifically the model of your old and new psu. Have you been monitoring your temperatures under load?
