Question gpu turns my monitor of and on

Hi, my gigabyte gtx 1050 lp turns my monitor off and on a few times a day. It's not a faulty monitor or cable, because they worked fine with my gt 1030. One day I experienced some freezes and artifacts during a match of league of legends, so I closed the game and run furmark with a temp of 50c constant after a few minute my monitor lost signal with gpu, I shutdown my pc and let the gpu cooldown and restart pc and run furmark again with max temp of 95c in 20 min.

Specs:
hp 8200 elite sff
i5 2500
240w psu

I also paired this gpu with a computer with 300w, but the issue is there.

Is my gpu dying?

Most likely issue is the power supply. Did you check for a newest BIOS for your computer?

No, i'll check my lastest bios and try this card on my cx450.

Dosn't the 1050 get its power from the pcie rail at 75 watts? You said your gpu went up to 95c? Anyway try a new cable.
