[SOLVED] Gpu turns off when i startup a game or when its under any load

Hey everyone im new here and i've been having a big issue with my computer

So its pretty much as the tilte says whenever i launch a game or i put my gpu under any load, the fans start spinning at full speed and the gpu just turns off i can still use my pc normally when i connect my hdmi cable to the motherboard

Here is what i tried so far:
-Chech the temps, all normal (35°) average
-cheched rams, rams slots, all good with them
-change motherboards with a brand new one
-change the power supply from a 650w crosshair to a 750w
-cleaned all the pc and gpu, replace thermal paste etc etc
-also bought a brand new processor (i needed it anyway)
-installed older drivers, newer drivers, always using ddu in safe mode
-checked every cable connection on the motherboard/gpu
-tried with another gpu

I dont know what to do anymore, im currently trying with another gpu that i have but i guess its too old and the pc is not recognizing it

And also i think that is worth saying that when the gpu is "on" the fans never spin, they only spin when the gpu gets shutdown and always 100 percent
Oh and they also spin when the pc is booting but then they stop
Here s now my system specs:
Cpu: i5 8400
Motherboard: h310m should gigabyte
Gpu: 1060 3gb from msi and rx580
Psu: crossbar cv750
Ram: 8x2 balistk 2400 mhz

Thats it guys, I really, really apreciate any help I can get from you guys

psu is from crossair
i'm guessing you mean, "Corsair".

the CV 650/750w models are fairly low quality.
while it may be able to handle this system i would still be wary about it offering reliable power.
could very well be that when the GPU is being taxed the PSU cannot handle it.
if the GPU "turns of" then there would be no fans or LEDs showing.
you mean the display just gives "No Signal" message or blank screen?
so does it totally fail or continue to run and just offer "no signal" on the display?

"turning off" and failing to provide a signal are two totally different things.

you'll need to elaborate more on the power supply.
i've never encountered any brand or model named "crossbar".

usually issues like this are due to unreliable power supplies.

Chech the temps, all normal (35°) average
when are you checking temperatures and how are you obtaining the info?
if your CPU & GPU are processing game data then your temps would not be staying that low.

what happens when stress testing the CPU?
while running a CPU stress test keep an eye on CPU & VRM temperatures.
also try a GPU stress with Kombustor, Unigine Heaven, Furmark, or something similar and see if it gets through without losing signal.

keep an OSD running with HWinfo or RTSS showing temperatures.

also test your RAM modules.
try each module one at a time in each DIMM slot.

The psu is from crossair sorry my bad, i ve already stressed the cpu it behaves fine the temps under load never go above 50°c but cant say the same about the gpu because it just turns off as soon as i start the stress test on it, both of them do.

Also I should add that without the gpu (using integrated gpu) i can use the pc just fine, and i even play cs withou any problems

there will no benefit to gaming, video transcoding, or other basic tasks using both.
only drawing more power for no reason.

you can also be running into driver conflicts with both cards having both AMD & Nvidia software/drivers installed

I only use one, i say that i tested with both but got the same results one at a time 😅 but i unistalled the drivers using ddu and in safe mode so there shouldnt be any problems with the drivers.

Only the gpu turns off good detail! I can use the rest of the pc normally (if i connect the hdmi cable to the motherboard)
It says "no signal" on the monitor, no image no white screens nothing

Only the gpu turns off good detail!
and again,
so the fans & LEDs on the GPU stay running?

if so then the GPU is not turning off.
it is just failing to provide a signal.
this is often indicative of a power supply not providing the necessary system power.

what type of connection does it require;
is there a PCIe power cable connected from the PSU?
also test your RAM modules.
try each module one at a time in each DIMM slot.

Yes, i have connected all the pcie cables to the gpu.
Tested the rams, both good
So, i ll try to explain better the problem, when I connect the hdmi to the motherboard i never lose signal, so when im running the benchmark, game, whatever, the program crashes and only the program that was using the gpu, the gpu also disapear from device manager and isnt detected by task manager also can It still be the psu?

And btw i bought the computer from someone and i saw it running so its strange

but you still do not explain if when you say, "turns off",
you mean the GPU is dead with no LEDs or fans or if it just fails to provide a video signal.
what type of connection does it require;
is there a PCIe power cable connected from the PSU?
you still don't provide the answer.
just being connected does now explain what type of connection; 1x 6pin, 1x 8pin, 2x 6pin, etc...
when I connect the hdmi to the motherboard i never lose signal...
can It still be the psu?
yes,
if your PSU is not providing enough reliable power for the dedicated GPU to function under load it would not affect the iGPU in the same way.

Sorry, the 1060 is connected with 1x 8pin and when I try with the rx580 its connected with a 1x6 pin and a 1x8 pin
