It's fine to have both installed.
The adrenaline software is where you will install GPU drivers, it also has a bunch of other functionality, you can see what it does in the link below. I would probably keep that.
GPU tweak is GPU overclocking software, you don't need it if you don't plan to overclock. If you do plan to overclock I personally prefer msi afterburner or evga precision over GPU tweak for GPU overclocking.
