Question GPU underperforming in games

So I ran a capped benchmark, capped at 300, and It is working fine until I launch a game. I am only getting 142 FPS in game. I am using a rtx2060 with a Ryzen 5 3600X. Here is my benchmark: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/21455648

Edit: I'm new to pc so I don't know what types of benchmarks there are. I guess you could say a gaming benchmark, I don't know.
