Question Gpu underperforming

I build my pc in November and from the start I have noticed that my GPU is underperforming according the benchmarks that I have run. Have no clue what could be the problem.

Ryzen 7 3700x
Msi RTX 3070
ROG Strix B550-F
16 gb 3600 MHz DDR4
Corsair RM750 watts

Can you give us specific examples? Run userbenchmark and share the public link to the results, sometimes it helps highlight where an issue might be.

According to userbenchmark everything looks ok. Going to need more specific examples of how you concluded the system is underperforming.
