GPU until Volta

Heey guys!

I am new here so sorry if any information is not given!

I was wondering what GPU i can use to get from this point till the point where Volta gets released. I decided i dont want a Maxwell GPU since they will be outdated by the time the Pascal GPU gets released. I dont want to spend over 200 euro's on a card and i dont mind if it has been used. The build it is going to be put in follows:

i5 4690k
MSI z97 PC Mate
Kingston HyperX Fury Blu 8gb
Kingston SSDnow v300 120gb
Western Digital Red 1tb
Sharkoon WPM600w Bronze
Fractal Design Define r5

The reason i want a budget card is that i have 1000 euro's to spend on my build. This build above takes up 480 euro's and that leaves me to 520 euro's on a GPU. The budget card will be outside of this budget. Since i am going abroad for my study in August 2016 untill January 2017 i will be gone when i just got a Pascal GPU if i decided to buy one. Thats why i will be waiting another year untill Volta gets released and buy that instead of the Pascal GPU.

I was thinking about getting a second hand HD7950 for 125 euro's. The user has gotten many good reviews on his second hand sales and i do get to fully test his card at his home.

So what GPU would you guys recommend me if i had 200 euro's and had to last until Volta on 1080p, 60fps, at any quality, Low - Ultra (i dont mind playing on Low. Preferrably High)

Or would you guys recommend me to get a Pascal GPU anyway?

Well i just sold my R9 285 for $100, so you can probably find a few used cards of that range for your price. And it will get you medium-high settings.

if you could spend 25-50 euros more you could get the r9 280x wich will play most games at a solid 60fps at high settings at 1920x1080

if you can't get the r9 280x, get the regular r9 280 wich will cost you around 200 euros
