GPU UPDATE: Intel I7 8700K + 2080TI

i want to upgrade my gpu and i'm wondering if is okay to buy a ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2080 Ti AMP. Should I go for 2080TI? or is better if i upgrade my cpu first. (i7 9700k)
RTX2080TI + i7-8700K bottleneck?

8700K with the 2080ti is a very good pairing , will perform very very well.
