GPU upgrade £150 - £200

Hey so I was recently looking for a new GPU for my current rig with a nice fan on it. I was wondering what everyone thought this is my current rig.

Case: Xigmatek Midgard
Power Supply: Corsair 500CX 500W
Processor: Intel Core i5 3450 3.1Ghz
Processor Cooler: Stock Manufacturer Heatsink and fan
RAM: 4GB Corsair DDR3 XMS3 1600Mhz/PC12800
Motherboard: ASUS P8H61-M LE
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 500GB Hard Drive 7200rpm 16MB Cache

I was also wondering if anyone would reccomend some new fans for me and if so would I need a cooler and if so would anyone be kind enough to link them .
