GPU Upgrade Choice.

So I have had the choice of what GPU to get next and my opinion just keeps changing and it is irritating me.
I am wondering with my current setup in my sig, the only parts that matter are the 965BE@4.11GHz and the 700w TR2, what card should I get. I have narrowed it down between 2 before, but now Im changing my mind.
First pick as I am an AMD guy was the Sapphire 7950 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202026
or the GTX 760. I started to lean to the 7950 but then I stumbled on the EVGA 760 FTW 4GB ACX http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130944
and was wondering what would be the better choice. I most likely wont have the money until end of the year and dont want to spend more than 300.
Is the FTW really worth it over a normal 760, I would like to have more than 2GB of Vram for upcoming games.
If so, is it worth the 50 dollar premium over the 7950 and how much performance increase would I see? (A guess is really all I need)

Solution
A GTX760 is a little faster than a HD7950 but not much, either card will serve you well. On that FTW you are paying for the 4GB Vram versus a normal is 2GB. For single monitor gaming at 1080P not worth it.
How close of a future would that be? Because my next upgrade would be a system overhaul past that, as I need a new Motherboard for sli/crossfire and a new CPU to not bottleneck anything.
I do have to say the 7950 is a pretty appealing buy though.

Would you recommend the Asus over say the Toxic? I was looking around in those and forgot to mention that here.

I went with the 7950 and my build is this year and it had done great in every game I have encountered except gta IV because it is a crap port. I also have basically maxed out FC3.
