So I'm looking to put a GPU inside my pre-built computer just laying around to play games and was wondering if the reference RX 460 or a aftermarket RX 460 2gb/4gb without a power connector is good enough for it since I watched Austin Evan's video that featured the card on a PC with 240W. Not willing to upgrade the PSU so anything that works with the 275W PSU is great. I looked into the 750ti but looks like the RX 460 is better/newer and wonder if I can put it in.

Here are the specs for my Optiplex 7010 MT.
CPU: i7 3770 with stock cooler
RAM: 8GB DDR3
PSU: 275W
HDD: 500GB
1 optical drive, 3usb slots used and a back fan inside.

I'm looking at the Gigabyte Radeon RX 460 Windforce OC 2gb and the 4gb(only one I found that don't require a power connector) both seem to have low power consumption. If none of those work or a better aftermarket is great, but if not than the reference is alright. I can take out optical drive for a little less power draw.

RX 470 and GTX 1060 won't work because they need a pin power connetor to conect to it, my PSU doesn't have any power connectors for the GPU. I'm waiting for benchmarks on a non-power connector RX 460 to see how much watts it will pull out on idle and load. I was just wondering if my 275W can handle my components with the GPU added in.

In that case, your Rx 460 choice is right. I found Gigabyte RX 460 windforce OC 2gb review, you can google to find it, I don't know if I can mention the site here. The Idle power consumption on (3,840 x 2,160) were 122watt and on load of Unigine Valley 1.0 were 208watt. While temperature were 16c and on load were 44c

Although, you can read the review on tomshardware to get the good idea:

How well will these GPU's work with the Optiplex 7010 processor? It is an Intel i7 3770, 4 core, 8 thread, 8 MB Smart cache, 3.4 GB. It is probably the best one for this motherboard (Q77 chipset and FCLGA 1155 socket). Also, what power supplies will fit within the Optiplex MT case and power these GPU's? The RX 470 needs a separate power cable. The computer's stock PSU is on that small side, can it reliably power the RX 460?
Thanks.
