GPU upgrade help

Looking to upgrade my GPU but not sure where to start.

I have a core i7 920 @2.67GHz
GTX 260
12GB Ram
750Watt PS

I was looking @ getting a gtx960 but I dont think my current specs could handle it.
Would it be worth upgrading my GPU or should I start with my CPU ?

The gpu will definitely be a better upgrade than the cpu, and to see if your cpu is really bottlenecking the gpu, just check the cpu usage while gaming. The truth is the i7 is probably a lot closer to 2GHz on a newer i7 which is pretty low but should still be fine.

Your i7 can handle any single card on the market

Overclock your i7 and it wouldn't bottleneck almost any SLI configuration either

For reference I'm running an overclocked gtx 670 which is very very similar to the gtx 960, and my i7-930 can keep up with it just fine
