GPU upgrade inquiry

Hey guys, I currently own a GTX 950 and would want to upgrade to an RX 580. Is it worth the investment to play games on ultra at 1080p or should I upgrade my CPU, and AMD FX-8320E as well?

Well an 8320 will bottleneck a 580 to some degree in newer cpu heavy titles, but it should still be an improvement over your 950. If you can afford to upgrade both go for it you would need a new mobo and ddr4 ram to upgrade to ryzen or skylake/kaby lake. Or you could upgrade the gpu now and then upgrade the cpu later on if you decide it is not cutting it.
