Gpu upgrade path

This is not finalized but I am wondering between the two of these options which would be more attractive for me at the current moment. Other suggestions more than welcome but just between the two, what would be better for me at relatively the same $230 price point?

1) 2nd hd6770 and new psu 750w corsair
2) single 560 ti/hd6950

current spec:

hd6770
500w oczmod
990fxa ud3 gigabyte am3+
athlon x4 645
8gb ddr3 kingston hyperblue
