amd athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3.1 ,, 4gb ddr2 800 ,, 300w psu ,, windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

okay i orderd a gpu from amazon (ASUS GeForce GT 430 (Fermi) 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card, ENGT430 DC SL/DI/1GD3


or i seen this one for $10 more (XFX ATI Radeon HD 5670 1 GB DDR5 DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card HD567XZNF3

will my mobo run the xfx if so should i get the xfx insted of the asus

The HD5670 is a much faster card.

yes it does have a PCIE 2.0 rated at X8, you should be fine... no worries.
