So as you can see in the title i want to upgrade my gpu on a budget(Less money better for me).
I am using an FX-8350, 8GB RAM @1866hz, GTX 550 Ti, 650watt 80+ Gold PSU, Gigabyte 970A-UD3P motherboard and an 1680x1050 monitor. I usually play esports titles with my friends like Overwatch and PUBG, but also some single player RPG and Shooter games. The problem is i get stutters when i game. For example in Metro Last Light Redux, i experience some "freezes" even in low settings. In overwatch is playable in low (70-90fps) but with some stutters and PUBG is literally unplayble, i have to turn everything in low and Screen Scale to 70 i think instead of 100 but it stops being competitive.
I was looking for RX 560 or the GTX 1050 for an soft upgrade. Or a GTX 1050 Ti if i squeeze some more.
RX 560 2GB ~120-130e
RX 560 4GB ~150e
GTX 1050 2GB ~130e
GTX 1050ti 4GB ~185-200e

Which one would you suggest for my system ?

Solution
the best option obviously 1050ti if you can afford it. it is quite significant upgrade to your existing 550Ti. RX560 and GTX1050 is about equal in general.

1050 ti

you seem to have issues beyond simply lacking gpu power

i strongly suggest keeping an eye on cpu temps
