Hello I currently want a better budget gpu my pc has:
amd fx8320:cpu
as rock 970 pro r2.0:mobo
8 gb ddr3 1866:ram
ssd:240 gb
Hdd:500 gb
gpu:asus 6670 hd

I basically play games like diablo or torchlight but I want to move on and basically I want to try witcher 3 etc.I don't mind playing it on ultra but on good gaming experience so I was thinking about gtx 1050,should I go for it?Or spend something extra for the 1050ti?Any other thoughts would be wellcomed, max budget 150-170 euros and thats a really top

Either would be a nice graphics upgrade.
If your budget allows, get the stronger card or you will forever wonder if you should have.

One thing to check first is to lower your settings and resolution.
Then run your games. If your fps improves, it suggests that you have sufficient cpu capability to run a stronger graphics card.
If you see little improvement, it suggests the core speed of your FX 8320 is holding you back.
Unfortunately, your motherboard seems to be not suitable for overclocking:

For better gaming cpu, look to intel or possibly ryzen.
Either will require a new motherboard and ram.
