I'm about to upgrade my GPU.My PC specs:
i7-7700 3.6GHz
16GB RAM 2400MHz
MSI H110M Pro-VH

So what's the best for my system?
MSI RTX 2060 6GB or
Asrock phantom RX 590 8GB or
MSI GTX 1660Ti 6GB or
Maybe you can give me some ideas :)

I currently use a 1050Ti 4GB

Solution
Hard to comment whether it would be really worth it or not, because answers to these questions are very subjective in nature. Depends on a lot factors.

But I don't think it would be worth spending 80 bucks more for the RTX Model, unless you really want to play RAY TRACING games. For 1080p/60Hz the GTX 1660 Ti seems a better candidate, at least in my opinion.

But the RTX 2060 is slightly more future-proof and faster. If you can afford, then buy this card, else get the 1660 Ti instead.

If you can afford, then the RTX 2060 is the fastest of them all. But on which screen RES are you planning to play games, 1080p, 2K or 4K ? Do you also have a compatible PSU with you ?

EDIT: Get the new RTX SUPER Model, not the previous non-super SKU.
1080p
I'm about to buy a 80+ gold PSU 550W
And I can't afford to spend more than 400€ for a GPU

Alright thank you!
i recently went from a i5 6500 and a gtx 680 to a 9700k and a asus dual rtx2060 o6g and i must say i love the upgrade. i had thought about getting a 1660ti but when i went to purchase but i found this gpu on sale for then only 20 bucks more than the 1660ti. i didnt but the rtx super because the performance per dollar was way worse. it all depends on your demands. i wanted to use it for 1080p with some extra performance so i can keep running games for many years to come and still be able to no issue with some room to grow. as the good ol jaystwocents say buy the best part you can afford at the time you wanna buy it. at the end of the day you have to live with the decision. i also used userbenchmark to compare the 1660ti to the 2060 and was satisfied.
