[SOLVED] GPU upgrade

I was looking at getting a gtx 1080 ti to replace my 1070, and I came across this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/MINT-Gigab...819802?hash=item3da311385a:g:cb0AAOSwOyNeuttv Based on the quantity they have available, these cards were probably used for mining, but they are so cheap that I dont really care. I could sell my STRIX 1070 for more than that, and turn a profit on this upgrade. However, the cooler is not only a blower style one, but a terribly ugly blower cooler. So, my real question is could I put a waterblock on this (does it have a custom pcb)? And do you think my EVGA supernova 650 g3 can handle it?

And yes that looks to be someone selling off mining cards which I would never buy. Its up to you but if its a reference designed card then yes you should be able to get a water block for it.
