[SOLVED] GPU Upgrade

These are my current specs

MOBO - MSI B450 Tomahawk

CPU - Ryzen 2700x

GPU - MSI 1070TI 8g

RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws CL16 16gb

PSU - Seasonic Focus Plus 650 Gold

CASE - Zalman Z3 Plus white

I am looking to upgrade my GPU to either 30 series or new AMD. What I wanted to ask is if the current specs will be enough for new GPU, will there be any bottleneck, do I need better PSU, different MOBO, or anything else that might cause an issue with the upgrade. I'm either aiming for 3070 or 3080, and we'll see about AMD when it comes with reviews if its more to my budget.

I would look into the new AMD GPU if your going on budget because the new cards have 16GB and they be cheaper!
