I5 4690k on a z97-AR asus motherboard
8 gb ram
sapphire r9 280 x video card
CX600 power supply
250 gb samsung ssd

Budget? What games do you play? What screen resolution and frame rate?

budget probably about 250$ starting into doing youtube videos with a little on the side games but mostly making videos 1080p 30-60 frames

A GTX 1650 Super or a GTX 1660 Super.

So long as you're running at 1080p 60 Hz, your CPU should be ok.

Yeah, 8 GB of RAM isn't really enough anymore; 16 GB would be perfect.
