[SOLVED] Gpu upgrading

I have Core I5 3330 ghz. 8g Ram and R9 285 and i want to upgrade my gpu to Rx 580 8g.some people told me that will be bottle neck is that right.I can only afford buying a Gpu or Cpu,motherboard and ram. shall i go with buying Cpu first or Gpu?

Overclocking is not in the cards, then. You could invest into i7 2600 (no need to pay extra for 2600k or 2700k unless it is really cheap) - a 4 core, 8 thread CPU. They are dirt cheap now, and will help with new GPU.

I have only money for gpu i cant afford more than that

Then get the gpu. It isn't a waste by any means as you can move it to a newer system whenever you can afford that.
