Question GPU usage 100% but low fps

So I recently installed a gtx 1650 into my computer on June 1st. It worked great for that day, I was running Warzone at 80 fps+, GTA V at 60 fps. Apex legends at 100 fps. then just ONE day later I was only running 60 fps on warzone, 40 fps on GTA 5 and 35 fps on Apex Legends. The GPU usage is almost always at 80 or 90 percent but I get low fps. Can anyone help?

My specs are as follows:

PNY GTX 1650 XLR8
i7 7700
240 watt psu
16gb RAM

edit: I don't think its malware, Mabey its valorant vanguard or something. But I was thinking of reinstalling all my drivers
