gpu usage 99%

i upgraded my gpu and my computer lags. So the question is does reinstalling windows works?
CPU:Intel core i5-7400 (turbo boosted)
GPU: gtx 1080 ti
ram: 16gb
psu 850w
OS system : win 7
it lags when idle(80-90%) and gaming(90-99&).

While seaching thru the proccesses i found msiexec64.exe. When i try to close it it crashes my computer entirely resulting in a blue screen. Can that be the reason?

You got a miner (virus type), open task manager sort processes by cpu, then open file location of the process which uses the most cpu, it should be in Roaming or AppData or something then end process from task manager and after that delete the entire folder where it opened by open file location.

cpu and ram usage is normal. my gpu's usage is 80-99%

heyo found a solution.i full scanned a pc and found a virus that was using the gpu a lot deleted it and that was it!
