[SOLVED] GPU usage at 0% and PC crashing, what should I do?

I recently bought this PC:

Graphics Card- GeForce GTX 1660 Ti WINDFORCE 6GB GDDR6 192-bit
Processor- AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 3.6ghz
Motherboard- Asrock A320M-HD DDR4
Memory- Team Group T-Force Vulcan 8GB 2666MHz DDR4
Storage- HD Toshiba 1TB Sata III 3.5 "
Source- 500W 80 Plus and Active PFC
Corsair Carbide Series Spec-Omega TG Case Black / Red

In 3 days of use, I came across an unpleasant problem: The use of the video card starts to drop up to 0% and the PC starts to crash completely.
The problem has happened 5 times: Twice playing League of Legends (occurred in the middle of matches), once on Rainbow Six Siege (when I opened the game for the 1st time), once on the Forza Horizon 4 demo (when I opened the game for the 1st time) and, finally, once while using the PC without any open games.
When that happened, the PC kept crashing and I was forced to shut it down by pressing the case button.

Does anyone know this problem? Should I call store support?

I see a few issues with this system.

1. You are using a 3600 with 2666MHz RAM. That is bottlenecking your CPU signficantly. At least 3200MHz

2. Can you specify what make and model your PSU is exactly?

My PSU is an Aerocool Kcas 500W.

Then that might be the problem. Aerocool PSUs are poor quality and might be causing you issues. Though I wouldn’t try replacing it first.

try changing Windows Power Management to high performance. It might be set as Power Saving

Using a Ryzen 3600 with 2666MHz RAM is bottlenecking the cpu but it can't be the reason for the FPS drops. [Edit if you are using only one RAM stick you should buy a second one to pair it since dual channel it will give you significant better performance]

Is PSU used or new?
In any case I would used a more known brand with a bit more higher voltage like 550W - 650W.

Download hwinfo https://www.hwinfo.com/ to check the voltages
Run some diagnostic
Do a RAM test. Use the Windows key + R keyboard shortcut, type mdsched.exe, and click OK to launch the tool.

I don't think the prob here is the CPU so is up to you if you want to test run it.

As for the software try to find a restore point (4 days ago) before the problem appeared.
Reset the bios.

I went on a trip today and I'm going to arrive home on thursday or friday (don't know yet), then I will try to fix those problems by doing what you two told me to do.
