GPU Usage at 107% while gaming?

Hey all, so I've been playing insurgency for a while now and using hwmonitor with it recently to monitor my temps and such. looking at the gpu i noticed after about an hour of playing on high settings the gpu power percentage went all the way up to 107%. Max temps read as follows:

CPU 38c
GPU 57c
TMPIN0 47c
TMPIN1 38c
TMPIN2 57c

GPU fan utilization was 47% max

CPU usage maxed out at 100% across all cores

GIGABYTE GA-78LMT USB3 MoBo
AMD FX 6300 CPU
EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti SC
EVGA SuperNova 750w B2 PSU

Is this normal?

Power percentage and gpu usage are two different things. Yes that is normal, did you increase the power target? I would think it would only go to 100% at stock, but 107% is fine it will likely boost clocks a bit higher with that power target. Temps are fine as well.
