Question GPU usage dips while playing games

i was wondering if anyone know whats going on with my gaming laptop so about 2 weeks ago i was playing some games until i noticed a random GPU usage dip while playing games
idk what to do

AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics
GTX 1650

not sure about the other stuff

also it drop fps while it dips down

Did you try reinstalling GPU drivers using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)?

nope but i think i fixed it.. idk i updated my bios and its working fine but ill let you know
