Question GPU usage drop causing FPS drop

GPU usage drops sometimes to 0% and it correlates with a amssive fps drop, cpu usage levels look normal. I tried to upload images of my MSI after burner but this site wont let me, says error contact admin. Please help

I've got a ASUS strix ROG GL502VM laptop.

The temps dont go over 90c, I believed this to be high but other laptop users say that those temps are normal while gaming.
