GPU Usage drops occasionally

So I have built my new pc for over 2 months now, and for the first few weeks of gaming it was fine. But recently when I play siege, the gpu usage drops every 5-10 seconds and my cpu usage is at 100%. Take note that this does not happen everytime I game, but happens occasionally. When it happens I usually reboot my pc and everything will be fine again but I find it annoying to reboot everytime it happens. Anyone have any ideas to figure out whats going on?

CPU: Ryzen 3 1200 clocked at 3.6ghz
GPU: GTX 1060 3GB
Mobo: Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3
PSU: Corsair CX650M
RAM: G Skill Ripjaws V 16GB
SSD: Kingston A400 120GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

From my experience this can be problem of CPU "sometimes". Check your running background process which consume lot of disk/ram/cpu.

Sometimes help clean temporary files. ps.clean your regedit
