Hi, i am using rx 5700 with r5 3600x and when i play LOL, game freezes for a second randomly. After checking gpu usage i find out gpu usage is dropping to 0% randomly. My GPU driver is new 21.5.2, i am using latest bios at my b450-a max and i downloaded latest cpu chipset driver too. I wonder can someone help me with my problem? My pc specs:

MSI Radeon RX 5700 MECH OC 8GB
MSI B450M-A PRO MAX
THERMALTAKE V200 600W 80Plus
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
SEAGATE 2TB Barracuda 256MB
2x CORSAIR 8GB Vengeance LPX Siyah 3000MHz CL16 DDR4
TOSHIBA OCZ 480GB TR200 SATA3

Here is my stress test result:

Unfortunately it doesn't change anything. It's equally bad. Thermaltake makes mostly crappy PSUs. The sticker also indicates it's not a 600W PSU in modern means, it's merely 504W in the 12V rail which is what matters and that is max power output at IDEAL conditions. I would have never used it with a 5700XT. You should swap it immediately.
Is your PSU the Thermaltake SMART 600w? My search showed that your case was sold as a bundle with that PSU. If the answer is yes, read this:

Your choice on what to do with that info.

My PSU's model number is TRS-600AH2NK. I am not sure about it is SMART or not. And this is photo of my PSU:
