Question GPU usage drops to 0 suddenly, even BIOS are up to date.

Hi guys, I have a laptop with these specs:
cpu:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10500H CPU @ 2.50GHz, 2496 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
gpu: RTX 3050(40W)
storage: 512 GB ssd
ram: 8gb 2933mhz

When I am gaming, my gpu usage is all over the place and drops to 0 percent suddenly causing stuttering momentary it will be at 99 percent then suddenly drop to 0. cpu usage is at about 50 percent so its not the cpu bottlenecking.

Temps are good, gpu is at 75c max,
cpu is at 65 - 75c
so it is not thermal throttling, I dnt think so

my ssd is good, when gaming disk usage is at like 10 percent

I have the latest BIOS. Still facing the issue.

75C is pretty warm for a gpu. It could be thermal throttling. Does it drop to zero before it reaches 75c or only after?

No bro its not like that I mean sometime it remains constant 75C or sometimes it goes a little up also but when it is at high temperature I don't face any lags as such So I don't think its because of the temps otherwise I would have got constant lags because of the high temp but that's not the case. Mostly when a cutscene is going to load or something big is gonna happen in the game I get a momentary lag before the scene loads that's the issue and that's when the GPU usage drops to 0. It happens in mid gameplay also but mostly happens before a cutscene loads or something big happens.
