Question GPU Usage drops to 30-50%

Hey, a few weeks ago my GPU usage was 100% but now it drops from 100% to 30-50%, Gpu temperature is about 50-60C, and the Cpu is about 70-75C, Cpu usage is 30-50%, the GPU usage drops when I drive fast in the town in GTA 5, I get the gpu when I play GTA 5, I tried CSGO and everything worked fine

What are the individual cpu cores doing? It’s possible for total cpu usage to be 50% while a single core is hitting 100% and limiting performance.
